Job Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to both Raw Materials and Finished Goods. This includes receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and high operational efficiency. The role involves managing warehouse staff, coordinating with supply chain, production, and sales teams, and ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time.
- Warehouse Operations (Raw Materials & Finished Goods)
Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching raw materials and finished products with high accuracy and efficiency. - Inventory Management
Ensure accurate stock levels, apply FIFO/FEFO rules, conduct regular cycle counts, and maintain proper documentation and traceability. - Team Supervision & Safety
Lead warehouse staff, enforce safety and hygiene practices, and ensure adherence to SOPs and performance standards. - Fleet Management
Oversee company-owned or outsourced delivery vehicles and drivers. Ensure optimal routing, vehicle availability, maintenance, and on-time delivery of goods. - Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with supply chain, production, purchasing, planning, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. - Reporting & Compliance
Generate warehouse and fleet reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with internal processes and legal standards. - Process Optimization
Improve warehouse layout, delivery schedules, and overall operational efficiency to reduce cost and improve service.
Job Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or manufacturing.
- Strong background in handling both raw materials and finished goods.
- Proven experience in inventory control, team supervision, and warehouse planning.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
