Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock audits.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Implement and maintain ERP system processes for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Control costs while maintaining high service levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in steel manufacturing or heavy industry.
- • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management software.
