Assistant Warehouse Manager – Online Services

Job Role

Responsible for overseeing and managing all online warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and effective coordination between warehouse, logistics, accounts, and sales outlets. The role requires high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Manage online operations within the warehouse system, including monitoring stock movement, production dates, transfer orders, and stock reconciliation.
• Receive and respond to order requests from different departments or entities in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate between the warehouse, van delivery routes, load schedules, and receiving outlets to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Liaise with all relevant departments (internal logistics, accounting, showrooms) to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for warehouse operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff involved in online services to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
