Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our Procurement / Supply Chain Department. You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services to meet the company’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and performance to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient supply.
- Lead negotiations to secure the best terms, pricing, and value for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor procurement budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide accurate and timely procurement reports and insights to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to ensure high performance and growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Deep understanding of local and international sourcing practices.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
- Office-based position with occasional visits to suppliers or warehouses.
- Flexibility is required during high-volume procurement periods.
