Procurement Manager

Oversee and manage the procurement process from both local and international suppliers. Ensure the preparation and submission of complete and compliant technical proposals that meet client requirements and tender specifications. Maintain cost control and achieve optimal commercial and technical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement RFQs and RFPs for potential suppliers and subcontractors.

Review and technically evaluate submitted proposals before forwarding to relevant committees or departments.

Develop technical and commercial proposals for projects and tenders, including pricing, in coordination with operations and sales teams.

Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

Follow up on purchase orders, manufacturing, delivery schedules, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with inventory and warehouse departments to ensure material availability for projects.

Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to fulfill project requirements.

Conduct continuous supplier and market research to improve the supply chain performance.

Perform any additional duties relevant to the nature of the position and teamwork.

Reports:

Weekly analytical report on Purchase Orders (POs) issued to suppliers, including price analysis.

Proposal status report showing prepared and submitted tenders, with win/loss updates.

Report on market opportunities and competitive pricing, including preferred supplier lists.
