Job Description
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with production and engineering departments to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (including Egyptian labor and industrial safety laws).
- Oversee inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
