Job Description
- Prepare and implement heavy equipment management plans in line with project objectives.
- Develop and implement preventive and operational maintenance programs.
- Supervise regular maintenance and emergency repairs of equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctions, determine their causes and take the necessary action to fix it.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance.
- Cooperate with maintenance agencies, workshops, and insurance companies to carry out maintenance work.
- Supervising the operation of heavy equipment and ensuring its efficient performance.
- Providing the necessary training for equipment operators to ensure their safe and effective operation.
- Apply safety standards in all equipment operation and maintenance work.
- Prepare periodic reports on equipment condition, maintenance costs, and operating performance.
- Make recommendations to improve equipment utilization efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure achieving the goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering - mechanical department
- 12 years of experience in construction companies.
- Good communication skills
- Have the ability to lead team of technicians & operators.
- Strong technical knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their uses.
