Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the heavy equipment workshop, ensuring all maintenance and repair activities are executed efficiently and safely.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians and mechanics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all heavy equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in heavy equipment and coordinate effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards within the workshop.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to prioritize equipment repairs and align workshop activities with business needs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and workshop performance metrics.
- Manage workshop budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs, parts procurement, and technical support.
Job Requirements

- Minimum of 10 year maintenance experience in Heavy Equipment ( Cranes , Heavy Forklift , ………..).
- Advanced Level of leadership skills.
- English (read, write and speak) fluently.
- Sound knowledge of Hydraulic system.
- Troubleshooting equipment to solve problems
- Root cause analysis
- Ability to deal with people from different cultures and background
- Advanced Microsoft office proficiency
- Oracle user & ERP system is Preferably
