Job Description
- Lead and manage the procurement department, including contracts, sourcing, and purchasing teams.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with project goals.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle: from planning and tendering to supplier selection and contract management.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to fulfill material and service requirements on time and within budget.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the best commercial terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain a reliable vendor database.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Optimize cost, quality, and delivery efficiency across all procurement activities.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within construction companies.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, and procurement strategies.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
