Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's attractiveness as an employer.
  • Utilize and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS).

2. Learning & Development:

  • Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and performance reviews.
  • Assist in developing and delivering engaging learning content.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Support the implementation of leadership development programs.

3. Performance Management:

  • Support the administration of performance review cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and tools.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and developing succession plans.
  • Help implement and track individual development plans (IDPs).

4. Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Assist in designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews, to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, recruitment, and learning & development
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must
