Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's attractiveness as an employer.
- Utilize and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS).
2. Learning & Development:
- Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and performance reviews.
- Assist in developing and delivering engaging learning content.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Support the implementation of leadership development programs.
3. Performance Management:
- Support the administration of performance review cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and tools.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and developing succession plans.
- Help implement and track individual development plans (IDPs).
4. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Assist in designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews, to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, recruitment, and learning & development
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must
