Job Description

  • Partner with department Heads to understand the organization's talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate interview processes and provide guidance to interviewers on best practices.
  • Promote Erada Microfinance's employer brand and enhance its visibility in the market.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruitment team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Assist in developing training programs for the broader HR team on talent acquisition strategies and techniques.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in the microfinance or financial services sector is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels, particularly in a competitive job market. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
