We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Sales Business Unit Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts within the dynamic hospitality sector. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing high-performing teams, and cultivating strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from the trading business and a deep understanding of managing sales within the context of mega projects
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant portion gained within the trading business is a Must (B2B)
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales for mega projects within a relevant industry (hospitality experience is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the hospitality market dynamics.
