Job Description
1. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and implement a business growth strategy focused on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, client needs, and new opportunities in banking and payments.
- Explore new verticals for POS, e-commerce acquiring, and SoftPOS deployment.
2. Banking Relationship Management
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with acquiring banks and financial institutions.
- Serve as the key liaison for banks in matters related to PF (Payment Facilitator), PSP (Payment Service Provider), and acquiring partnerships.
- Oversee onboarding, compliance, and integration with banking partners.
3. Sales & Product Promotion
- Promote and sell company products, including:
- POS terminals (MoreFun, WizarPOS, etc.)
- E-commerce payment gateway services
- SoftPOS and Tap-to-Phone solutions
- Payment aggregation and switching services
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and contractual agreements.
- Track and report on KPIs, including pipeline, revenues, and client acquisition.
4. Customer Engagement & After-Sales Support
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with banks, corporates, and SMEs.
- Provide strategic advice and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address operational or contractual client issues promptly and professionally.
5. Internal Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate with internal departments (tech, legal, ops, marketing) for successful client onboarding and service delivery.
- Mentor and support junior sales or business development staff.
- Assist in internal strategic planning related to payment solutions and financial product offerings.
Job Requirements
- Card acquiring and merchant acceptance models
- PF/PSP licensing and compliance
- POS and payment gateway technologies
- Proven success in sales and account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales , or relevant field
