Job Description
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- In-depth knowledge of the industry trends and market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive for success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the field of BTL Agencies at least 5 years +
