Job Description
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Setting annual and monthly action plan to meet goals
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance, providing regular updates to Up manager
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Follow all leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic direction and sales tactics
- Organize and follow up marketing campaign to targeted customer segmentation
- Follow up with execution team the result of campaign and conversion rate to sales pipeline
- Work closely with the Marketing teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Preparing the monthly performance report to up manager to measure which objectives are achieved
Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure continued business growth and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Interior design and finishes industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Interior design and finishes terminology
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Leadership and managerial level skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mind set.
- Time management and planning skills
- Fluent in English
