We are seeking to hire a Business Development & Marketing Manager with a modern mindset and digital expertise to lead our marketing and sales teams and drive significant performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and sales strategy (field + digital)
- Enhance CRM usage (we use Odoo)
- Lead and manage the current team (sales representatives, digital marketing, telesales, technicians)
- Generate new leads from existing and future databases
- Launch marketing campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
- Improve coordination between marketing, maintenance, and sales operations
- Oversee content creation and video production in coordination with designers or external contractors
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track goal achievement
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial marketing or sales (B2B)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Odoo)
- Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising (Google Ads)
- Strong leadership and results-driven personality
- Ability to manage and train cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of the industrial sales cycle from initial contact to closure
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
- Previous experience in the equipment, manufacturing, or air compressor sectors
- Knowledge of transitioning from traditional to digital marketing methods
- Experience managing teams with diverse cultures and age groups
- Preferably located in the same governorate or nearby
