Job Description
- Innovation Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing an innovative roadmap aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, products, and services that leverage emerging trends in the mobility sectors.
- Assist in Leading cross-functional teams to implement innovative projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to uncover unmet needs and innovation opportunities.
- Develop and pitch new product/service concepts, business models, and partnerships to senior leadership.
- Business Line Transformation:
- Tire and Battery Importation and Distribution:
- Support the exploration and implementation of supply chain innovations, including predictive analytics and sustainability practices.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for product diversification to align with evolving market demands.
- Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate the introduction of new technologies in product offerings.
- Auto Service Branches:
- Enhance service offerings by integrating advanced diagnostic tools, EV (electric vehicle) support, and customer-centric solutions.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing service delivery times.
- Assist in developing personalized service plans to improve customer retention.
- Car Leasing and Renting:
- Support the innovation of leasing and renting models by exploring flexible subscription-based services or shared mobility options.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assist in optimizing fleet management and enhancing customer experience.
- Support develops partnerships to introduce value-added services, such as insurance, maintenance, or connectivity solutions.
- Digital Transformation:
- Assist in the adoption of technologies such as AI to enhance business performance and support decision-making.
- Contribute to the integration of digital platforms for e-commerce, CRM, and customer engagement.
- Assist implementing tools to streamline internal processes and improve operational agility.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Partnerships:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with technology providers, startups, and other partners to support the company’s innovative ecosystem.
- Assist in initiatives to explore new markets or customer segments with innovative offerings.
Job Requirements
- Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a supervisory level.
- Proven work experience as a business innovation or in a similar role.
- Proven track record in innovation or strategy roles within the mobility sectors.
- Proven track record in business development, marketing, and sales
- Certificates:
- Innovation Management Certified Professional (IMCP).
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
