Job Description
- Supervise daily operations of the telesales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost team performance and drive revenue.

- Provide training and coaching to telesales representatives to enhance their skills and sales techniques.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage personnel matters, including hiring and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Implement best practices in tele sales to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tele sales Supervisor or in a similar sales management role FMCG experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of tele sales techniques and CRM software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
