Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy covering all channels: B2B, Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HoReCa, and B2C.
- Lead and manage channel-specific sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance across each channel, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure synchronized campaigns, product availability, and market readiness.
- Set and monitor sales KPIs, incentives, and targets by channel, category, and region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and HoReCa partners.
- Develop pricing structures, trade promotions, and discount strategies tailored to each channel.
- Manage listing and promotional agreements with Modern Trade and B2B clients.
- Oversee the expansion of Traditional Trade networks and optimize route-to-market strategies.
- Support e-commerce and B2C growth via direct-to-consumer initiatives, online platform partnerships, and omnichannel integration.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and data reporting standards.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and category performance across all regions and channels.
- Lead training and performance development of sales staff to improve productivity and channel-specific expertise.
- Coordinate product feedback and customer insights to inform product development and category management decisions.
Job Requirements
- Proven 10+ years working experience as Sales Manager in the FMCG field
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
