Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients within the food manufacturing, processing, and packaging sectors.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Understand customer pain points and offer customized solutions that meet their operational and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profit targets.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food industry or in selling food processing, disinfection, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, etc.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
