Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential B2B or retail clients in the clothing sector.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
  • Present product offerings and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales performance using established KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market demand.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in clothing or fashion sales.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and experience working with performance-based targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail chains or fashion brands.
  • Familiarity with seasonal fashion trends and inventory cycles.
