Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel bookings and brand visibility in Makkah and Madinah.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships within the hospitality sector.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with hotel partners to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics to achieve targets.
- Represent Nassmat Golden at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality industry developments, digital marketing tools, and distribution channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in an office environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
