Job Description
- Implementation of action plans to all activities and functions (security - movement - administrative services - construction maintenance)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
- Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture

Job Requirements
- Proven working experience 7 - 10 years as Administrative & HR manager in the manufacturing industry
- Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the institution.
- Experience with performance management and employee relations
- Participate in senior management meetings and express opinions on necessary results and decisions.
- Follow-up, preservation and maintenance of licensing documents, commercial, industrial and tax registration, and following up on the validity and validity of these documents
- Prepare Monthly plan and follow up their implementation so as to improve work performance
- Follows up factory licensing works with government agencies.
- Follow up factory environment services facility & make sure all material needed is provided & available
- Review the periodic security reports and ensure the availability of safety elements for the factory and the company’s property against theft
- Collect & solve main problems related to employees.
- Facilitates the difficulties facing supervisors in shifts for the ease and accuracy of the supervisors' work
- Follow up health certificate for all workers
- Make sure that there is no shortage of cars or drivers
- Review factory cars movement, its maintenance & licenses
- Follow up opening file for every car (maintenance, repairs ..) to ensure necessary maintenance is done
