Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced HR & Administration Manager to oversee and manage all HR and administrative functions across our two branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for recruitment and talent development but also for enforcing workplace discipline and ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative services within the showroom, including technical staff, maintenance teams, drivers, and facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR records.
- Ensure company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures are effectively implemented and followed.
- Promote and monitor employee discipline, attendance, and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise technical and maintenance workers, drivers, and all support services at the showroom.
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and ensure all services and facility needs are met efficiently.
- Work closely with branch managers to align HR practices with operational needs.
- Identify workforce gaps and propose staffing solutions accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within retail, commercial, or trading sectors.
- Strong leadership personality with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
