Job Description
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and terminations.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain employee records and manage time & attendance systems.
- Oversee social insurance registration, calculations, and settlements.
- Administer medical insurance plans and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Support employee engagement and resolve HR-related issues or conflicts.
- Supervise office administrative operations and support services.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendors.
- Ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and aligned with company standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the same pposition in call centers (HR Manager).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, payroll systems, and social/medical insurance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Abilit to work in evening and night shifts .
