Job Description

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and terminations.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintain employee records and manage time & attendance systems.
  • Oversee social insurance registration, calculations, and settlements.
  • Administer medical insurance plans and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support employee engagement and resolve HR-related issues or conflicts.
  • Supervise office administrative operations and support services.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendors.
  • Ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and aligned with company standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the same pposition in call centers (HR Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, payroll systems, and social/medical insurance procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Abilit  to work in evening and night shifts .
