Job Description
For immediate hiring, OD Specialist is required for a leading manufacturing company located in Al Sadat City
- Design and deliver OD processes, policies, forms, and interventions
- Contribute to the design and development of a workforce planning and assessment, that optimize the organization’s talent, structure, process, and culture.
- Develop job evaluation, grading structure and job descriptions methodology.
- Development of HR reports, dashboards, turnover reports
- Establish, develop and maintain the organization chart and all of HR policies, procedures, and process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor' degree in relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and the organizational development.
- Very good in English and excellent MSO skills.
- Work location is in Sadat city so nearby residents are a highly preferred.
