Job Description

  • Lead, develop and manage the Employee Relations team to deliver high-quality ER services.
  • Design and implement employee relations strategies aligned with organizational goals and HR policies.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for complex employee relations issues, investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and company policies across all ER activities.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless and legally compliant employee transitions.
  • Analyze ER data and trends to proactively address systemic issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance and HR teams to mitigate risk and manage workplace disputes.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and filing systems in accordance with legal and internal standards.
  • Conduct training and coaching for managers and employees on employee relations, company policies and best practices.
  • Act as a culture ambassador and promote an inclusive and respectful workplace environment.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Egypt labor laws, employment practices and government regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex cases and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
  • Overall Experience with All HR Functions “Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits & Employee Engagement” is highly preferred.
  • HR Certification or Diploma is a plus (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
