• Validate and update KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct orientation sessions on KPI frameworks.
• Maintain a centralized KPI dictionary with definitions and methodologies.
• Ensure consistent KPI tracking across all hospitals.
• Facilitate alignment sessions for target setting and cascading goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance trends and recommend improvements.
• Support departments in interpreting and acting on performance data
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
• 6+ years in performance management or strategic planning.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in KPI setting and measuring.

• Strategy Tools: Balanced Scorecard, OKR platforms
• Documentation: SharePoint, MS Word
