Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Leader to oversee and guide our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will streamline recruiting processes, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure we attract top talent while maintaining efficient hiring timelines. You will act as a strategic partner to department managers and play a key role in building our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Update and design recruiting procedures including job application, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Implement and optimize sourcing methods including social recruiting, Boolean search techniques, and diverse talent pipelines.
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment software and job advertising platforms tailored to company needs.
- Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation strategies.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about labor laws and compliance, ensuring recruiting practices align with legal requirements.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and through professional HR networks and partnerships.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Expertise in candidate screening, interviewing (phone and in-person), and evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Facebook).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including rotational shifts and weekends as needed.
