You have proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, demonstrating successful HR strategy development and implementation.
You possess in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, employee engagement, and labor laws.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
