Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Skills in mediating and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Understanding of current HR technologies and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent Experience with Recruitment full cycle.
  • High skilled with conducting interviews processes.
  • Wide scale of connections to help in head haunting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience in managing HR projects and initiatives.
