We are looking for a Total Rewards Supervisor with solid BPO experience to join our dynamic HR team at e& Global Services. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs aligned with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs for BPO operations
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership on reward strategies
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights for workforce planning
- Support audits and reporting related to compensation and benefits
Job Requirements
Requirements:You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in total rewards within a BPO environment
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English
