Job Description
- Process the monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant and timely manner by following all internal procedures and processes as well as applicable laws, regulations and company deadlines.
- Ensure tax date recorded and send Tax reports to the Taxation Partner on time for employees.
- Supervising and audit the overtime sheets for Blue / white-collars and make sure it’s aligned with the company policy and Labor law regulations.
- Preparing and calculating the final settlement of resigned employees.
- Ensure the allocation of cost center in employees database aligned with the finance approval cost center.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
- Supervise and audit Personnel processing (Form1, 2, 6, Work Permits) and make sure the company met the deadlines with no any legal liability.
- Handle all Social insurance payment on monthly basis.
- Handle all Medical insurance payment quarterly basis.
- Maintain confidential personnel files for all employees and build effective archiving for all employees documents.
- Managing employees leaves management.
- Handle all the medical insurance issues (New hires, monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds).
- Develop and prepare HR monthly reports “Payroll, OT, Absence rate, Absenteeism rate, Employees social insurance rate, Employees medical rate and work permits rate “Chinese & Local team”.
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details
- Overseeing employee terminations, clearance payment and maintain termination record.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum experience in Payroll from 5-7 years.
- Payroll background.
- Proven experience developing and implementing personnel policies.
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
