Job Description
● Process monthly basis for all employees manually by excel.
● Calculate and process bonuses, overtime, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
● Prepare monthly payroll checklist (Hiring, exit, penalties, leaves, permission, delays)
● Prepare employee pay slips manually .
● Track and manage employee leave balances (vacation, sick leave, etc.).
● Manage Attendance System and uploading new hires fingerprint.
● Responsible for preparing Social Insurance registration and deregistration.
Job Requirements
● 3–5 years of proven experience in payroll & personnel function along with manual payroll processing.
● Awareness of payroll checklists and payroll effects (e.g., overtime, absences, penalties, bonuses).
● Solid understanding of payroll regulations.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
● Familiarity with fingerprint attendance systems.
● High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
