Job Description
- Ensure all personnel action forms are processed accurately and with proper approvals.
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Manage and maintain the employee database.
- Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports related to personnel data (e.g., hires, transfers, absenteeism rates).
- Responsible for dealing with the social insurance offices, health insurance authorities, and labor offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies.
- Handle all paperwork and procedures related to Social Insurance (e.g., preparing and submitting Forms 1, 2, and 6 for new hires, changes, and terminations).
- Ensure timely delivery of insurance checks and documents to the Social Insurance Authority.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years specifically in personnel and social insurance functions in Egypt.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law is a MUST.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
