Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Blue Collar Hiring

Job Description (JD):
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions across our operational sites. This role is crucial in ensuring timely hiring of skilled labor and frontline workers in line with business needs.
You will collaborate with hiring managers, agencies, and operations teams to identify staffing requirements, source candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar roles (e.g., drivers, warehouse workers, technicians, helpers)
Partner with line managers to identify manpower needs and job requirements
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment agencies
Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on fit and availability
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
Manage hiring documentation: offers, IDs, background checks, and onboarding forms
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports on open positions
Ensure all hires comply with labor laws and internal standards
Assist in organizing hiring events and job fairs
Build a network of reliable candidates and suppliers for recurring roles

Job Requirements
Job Specification (JS):
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment (internship or agency experience counts)
Familiarity with local labor market dynamics and blue-collar sourcing channels
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based or industrial environment
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Resilient, proactive, and detail-oriented
