Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role (5+ years for Senior level).
  • Proven experience in mass hiring, and recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across various functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent English is a must.
