Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role (5+ years for Senior level).
- Proven experience in mass hiring, and recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
- Experience in the outsourcing industry is a strong plus.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across various functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent English is a must.
