Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

 

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced recruitment team in Cairo. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career recruiter who is passionate about high-volume hiring and helping to scale a growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, particularly in customer service, telesales, and support functions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks
  • Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate interview logistics
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Keep recruitment data up to date and contribute to weekly reports and hiring progress updates
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and help build a strong employer brand
  • Contribute ideas to improve hiring workflows and candidate pipelines

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment environments (e.g. BPO, call center, or recruitment agency)
  • Familiarity with common sourcing tools and job portals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not required
  • Must be willing to work on-site in our Cairo office
