We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic in-house design studio for a leading regional developer expanding operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on complex high-rise residential and hospitality developments, ensuring the design and coordination of all ELV systems are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all recruitment related activities within the company.
• Place job adverts based on approved Job Requisitions, perform sourcing and prescreening of applications.
• Ensure timely coordination of interviews with hiring managers involved in the interview and decision-making.
• Gather approvals and release offer letters for the new recruits and co-ordinate for their joining.
• Maintain all Recruitment Reports and assist the HR Manager in the implementation of Recruitment Software.
• Responsible for all recruitment-related invoices for the career portals, agencies and track & monitor the invoices, payment dates & communicate to the parties concerned.
• Collect documents of all new employees to prepare all the necessary documents and welcome Kit.
• Present a brief orientation for the new employees on their first joining day.
• Share all new recruits’ documents for joining formalities.
• Handle any additional task assigned by the HR Manager at any stage.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar. Professional Certification in HR is preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment.
• Technical Skills: Must have worked in a fast-paced environment and managed volume hiring.
• Knowledge of local Egypt labor law and the latest interviewing techniques.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Candidates from design consultancy background will be preferred.
