Job Description
.Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the activities of the Area sales to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved with consideration to the quality of sales.
- Suggest ways and means to improve sales performance of the area sales team that will best serve the business.
- Ensure that team complete and accurate information of every contract and customer to retrieve data when requested.
- Participate in the monthly/annually sales planning with the area sales manager to discuss the new ways to increase sales.
- Monitor credit of customers and payment on time.
- Follow up on sales responsibilities from competition reports, sales, product, distribution and channel performance.
- Follow up on distributors’ stocks and maintain agreed stock level by requesting orders to CSM.
- Work on area, channel and customer growth by increasing the range of our products at our existing customers while targeting and dealing with new customers.
- Focusing on selling high margin products to increase area's profitability.
- Responsible for training, developing, motivating and directing the sales team while following the daily operation to achieve the greatest opportunities in selling.
- Handling customers complains and insuring high satisfaction level
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- +7 years of experience in Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Strong background in finance.
- Valid driving license (car ownership preferred).
