Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on TikTok Live Agency Operations Manager to oversee the growth, performance, and management of live streaming creators within our partnered agencies. This role is responsible for developing agency relationships, ensuring creator success, maintaining content quality, and driving revenue and engagement through TikTok Live.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency & Creator Management
- Manage and support multiple live streaming agencies and their creators.
- Set clear KPIs for agencies, including host activity, revenue targets, and content output.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide operational support to agencies.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard high-potential agencies and creators.
- Lead onboarding sessions to educate agencies on TikTok Live tools, monetization, and policies.
- Support creators in various niches (e.g., entertainment, education, gaming, music).
Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor creator and agency performance using analytics tools and internal dashboards.
- Deliver regular reports on live stream metrics, agency activity, and monetization performance.
- Identify performance gaps and work with agencies to optimize content and strategy.
Content Strategy & Activation
- Support agencies in planning and executing live campaigns, events, and seasonal activations.
- Ensure content aligns with TikTok’s trends, community guidelines, and platform strategy.
- Collaborate with TikTok’s internal teams for marketing support and content visibility.
⚙️ Compliance & Operations
- Ensure agencies and their creators comply with TikTok’s rules and content policies.
- Manage escalations, violations, and other operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate agency documentation, contracts, and internal reporting systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in creator/agency management, influencer operations, or social/live content platforms.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Live and live-stream monetization (gifts, rankings, events).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in [local language] and English.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with MCNs, creator agencies, or talent networks.
- Background in influencer marketing, talent management, or live-stream platforms.
- Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystem and community-building strategies.
