Job Description
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

Job Requirements
- Experience Required: 5+ years in real estate, specifically within developer companies
- Availability: Immediate
- Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the real estate sector, with a preference for candidates from development companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- High standards of professionalism and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English
