Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all finished products, materials, and packaging before dispatch to ensure adherence to Pampas Home’s quality standards.
- Identify product defects, variations, or inconsistencies in color, materials, stitching, woodwork, or finish.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to resolve quality concerns with suppliers or manufacturers.
- Create and maintain quality checklists and documentation for each product category.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
● Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
● Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Report on recurring issues, propose improvements, and contribute to refining QC protocols.
- Train relevant staff (packing, fulfillment, warehouse) on quality expectations and procedures.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, packaged, and free from damage before delivery.
- Work closely with customer service to investigate and prevent product complaints or returns.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a quality control, production, or inspection role — preferably in home décor, furniture, or textiles.
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with material types such as wood, ceramics, textiles, and metal finishes.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
