Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell BICS International Wholesale Voice, cloud nos and messaging solutions across the Middle East MNO’s and wholesalers to ensure successful deal closures.
Identify new opportunities, create and execute sales strategies, and provide technical and commercial proposals that assist customers in achieving their business goals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio by utilizing various BICS solution families.
Maintain relationships with assigned mobile operators /wholesalers and engage with all levels of the customer's organization and act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the complete operational implementation of contracts, from negotiation through to full-service deployment.
Address all issues related to finance (billing, collections, dispute resolution), technical aspects (dimensioning and configuring physical interconnections), legal matters (contracts), and administrative tasks for your assigned customer portfolio.
Propose new product development ideas based on insights from the market and customers.
Your Profile
You hold a bachelor’s\master’s degree in engineering or equivalent in experience.
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience and deep understanding of Voice, Cloud nos and A2P messaging solutions.
You possess a strong technical and sales engineering background with extensive telecom industry experience.
You are well-acquainted with the mobile community and have a robust network among various mobile operators in the Middle East.
You demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.
You are proactive, highly motivated, willing to travel, and able to work independently.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
You can easily adapt to cultural differences.
English is essential.
Knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic , Hindi would be a big advantage.
Candidate should already be preferably based in the U.A.E.
