Job Description
- Leads a team of two HR Specialists.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Create HR Policies and ensure all company policies' are applied consistently.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Support in recruiting and hiring a competent workforce.
- Chairs any employee selection committees or meetings for the middle and lower positions as delegated by the executive board.
- Draft staff work contracts for the executive board validation and signature.
- Assist in the new arrival’s smooth integration and organization of orientations in liaison with the staff line managers.
- Assist the executive board in searching and update the best sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates for the open vacancies.
- Maintain the TECHNOBIT database including monthly payroll calculation report, ensure its validation by the executive board .
- Manage the contact with the labor and insurance office in Egypt for employee reports and declarations.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys and keeps the strategy up to date.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Develop an employment payment plans.
Perform any other tasks as maybe be requested by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- 3 Years to 7 years of Experience in Human Resources.
- HR Diploma or any other HR relevant courses is plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration
- Fluent English language (writing and speaking)
- Advanced in Office, HR software.
