Job Description
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Arrangements files and records of the Office and recording observations and printing of reports and correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Females Only.
- Faculty of Arts (English or Turkish Department) or any other equivalent degree.
- Experience from 1 to 3 years “ Fresh Grads are welcome to apply”
- strong communication and time Management skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good Microsoft office skills.
