Job Description

  •  Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  •  Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  •  Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  •  Make travel arrangements.
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
  • Arrangements files and records of the Office and recording observations and printing of reports and correspondence.

Job Requirements

  • Females Only.
  • Faculty of Arts (English or Turkish Department) or any other equivalent degree.
  • Experience from 1 to 3 years “ Fresh Grads are welcome to apply”
  • strong communication and time Management skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Very good Microsoft office skills.
