Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Provide basic administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
