Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence both physically and electronically.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a receptionist, secretary, or similar administrative role.
- good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude
