Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Conduct creative campaigns to present them to potential clients.
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting the client’s objectives.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc...
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Help develop entry-level staff into valuable business development employees.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Senior business development manager or a relevant role. Preferably have previous experience in the gaming industry
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proven market knowledge and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's degree is a must (Preferably Business Administration).
