Job Description
- Strategy & Planning – Develop and follow a content plan on instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that fits the brand’s goals, we have a content planner.
- Must know how to create ads and advice our media buyers
- Performance Tracking – Monitor social media campaigns performance and suggest improvements if needed
- Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on trends and new features on social platforms.
- Collaboration – Work with our designer, influencers, digital creators, and the marketing team.
- Create weekly reports on spendings and sales + top sold products and lowest products categories and make offers
- Following up with with customer support and courier account managers.
- Following up with Email and SMS marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Job Requirements
- Experience – At least 1 year in social media management.
- Must have experience in clothing industry
- Platform Knowledge – Knows how to use Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Good Communication – Can write well and interact with followers.
- Analytics Skills – Can track performance and suggest improvements.
- Creativity – Follows trends and thinks outside the box.
- Team Player – Works well with designers, digital creators, and media buyers
- Ad Management spendings Preferred) – We have our own KPIs
- Strong English Skills are essential
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Must know how to use Adobe photoshop
