Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand and business goals
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapt content to suit different platforms
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, platform updates, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to maintain engagement and reputation
- Manage the social media calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Track KPIs and campaign ROI to improve engagement and reach
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the clothing or fashion industry is required
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Excellent writing and communication skills (especially in English)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data
- Creative and trend-aware
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Familiar with ad management and understanding of KPIs
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
